A serial entrepreneur, Ken graduated from the Singapore Management University with a major in management. In his early days as a young entrepreneur, he was elected President of SMU Ventures, where he was instrumental in mentoring 2 teams from Singapore to sweep both 1st and 2nd prizes at the Asian Ventures Forum, an event which saw the participation of over 200 teams across Asia.
With his belief in entrepreneurship development, Ken founded Talentpreneur Hub Pte Ltd in 2005 and became the first and only training company till date to attract investment from both SPRING Singapore and Singapore Management University. His passion and belief fuelled Talentpreneur’s growth and within a year of graduation, the company has grown from a 2 man setup to a 20 man team with an annual turnover of more than a million dollars. He was also recently awarded the 2009 Global TIC Award and nominated for 2008 Global Young Entrepreneur Award and 2006 Spirit of Enterprise Award.
In recent years, Talentpreneur has gained recognition as one of the leaders in the entrepreneurship industry, with offices now in Singapore, Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
